Tracking & Reports
Intuto tracks a lot of information. For example, who looks at courses, what they look at, time spent and scores in Checkpoints are all tracked. You can get a summary of this data for each Course, Collection or Campaign you create in Intuto.
Click on 'Reports' at the top right corner of your Intuto screen. Here you will find all of Your Reports to help you track Content and User data across multiple sites. Click here for User Report information.
- Course report – Track user progress through Courses, including Checkpoint detail.
- Collection report – Track users progress through Collections.
- Campaign report (if feature enabled) – Get an overview of your Campaign activation.
- Expiring enrolments report – View enrolments that are about to expire.
- Multi-site report (if you have multiple Intuto sites) – An overview of Course and Collection usage across all your Intuto sites.
Access Course reports from 'Your Reports' page or click on the 'Report' button on a Course from your Dashboard or Content page.
By going to 'Reports' for your Course you'll see a graph of engagement as a whole, and a detailed view of the activity of particular participants. Click on an orange link from the 'Participant Summary' to send Reminder Emails or click on a Participant name at the bottom to got to their User Report or see their Checkpoint details by clicking on the 'P/F/T' drop-down.
You can access collection reports directly from the reports page. Just click on 'Reports' then 'Collections reports', select the collection you want and it will display the report.
Alternatively, you can access 'Collection' reports from your 'Settings', just click on the gear on the top right, click 'Settings' then 'Collections' on the left. Then either click on the pencil icon next to the appropriate collection then click 'Report' or click on the collection name in orange.
You will see a graph of engagement for the Collection as a whole, and a detailed view of the activity of particular participants. Click on an orange link from the Participant Summary which will show up when someone is ion that status and you can send a reminder to complete the course to them.
Click on a Participants name at the bottom to go to their 'User Report' or click on an orange 'Completed' link to view a Users Certificate. The down arrow lets you download the users certificate.
If Campaigns have been activated on your Intuto account, you will be able to access Campaign reports from Your Reports page in a similar fashion to Course and Collection reports. Just click on 'Reports', then 'Campaign Report' and select the required campaign.
Like Collections you can click the gear on the top right, click on 'Settings', then 'Campaigns'. Then click the pencil icon next to the appropriate campaign and click 'Report' or click on the Campaign name in orange.
You will see a graph of engagement for the Campaign as a whole, and a detailed view of the activity of participants, including their test results, if they have completed the test. Click on a Participant name at the bottom to go to their User Report or click on an orange Collections link to view the Report for that Collection.
Expiring Enrolments Report
Access the Expiring Enrolments Report from your 'Reports' page. This report is used to view or export Courses or Collections that have expiry dates set on them so that you can keep track of expiring enrolments, update your content and send out reminders.
You can 'View by:' Course or Collection and enter in the date that you want to check if anyone expires before.
You can view reports on more than one course at a time using 'Multi Course Report'. Go to 'Reports' then select 'Multi Course Report', from the drop down select the courses that you would like to report on, then click on the down arrow at the top to lock in your selection. You will be able to view User data, including Checkpoints, or export a detailed report.
If you have Owner/Contributor access to more than one Intuto Site, you can view or export data on Collections and Courses across more than one site.
